What it does:
Slot booking and inbound planning

Our slot booking functionality helps you handle these operations more efficiently, providing operational staff with a complete and functional control console. Through an intuitive interface, personnel can coordinate all yard activities.

Vehicle management from entry to exit
The solution enables structured and efficient management of all vehicle movements within the yard. From entry to exit, drivers receive all necessary information on their smartphones, safely and without leaving the vehicle. Thanks to the control tower, site operators can monitor and coordinate all activities remotely and in real time.

How it works:
1
Slot booking
The carrier books an entry slot via a web console and specifies the type of operation required. The site operator can view scheduled appointments and approve or reject them.
2
Vehicle arrival at site
The driver signals mission start and departure toward the site. The operator can see the vehicle’s ETA and provide yard waiting instructions.
3
Driver identification and check-in
Upon arrival, the driver shows the QR code from the app to the gate operator to access the site.
4
Driver navigation inside the site
The vehicle navigates the yard according to instructions received via the app. The site operator informs the driver where to wait and which dock to reach.
5
Loading/unloading management
The driver reaches the assigned dock for loading or unloading. Warehouse staff communicate the start and end of operations and oversee execution.
6
Document handling and vehicle exit
The driver confirms completion of activities and exits the site.
